Property Taxes

2024 Mill Rate:  18.50

Tax Commitment date: August 21, 2024

2024 Property taxes are due October 24, 2024. 

Taxes are due 60 days from the date of Tax Commitment (Tax Commitment is the day the Municipal Assessors commit the taxes to the Tax Collector). 6% interest will accrue daily after this date.

Property owners are responsible for notifying their mortgage company of the due date.

 

We encourage tax payers to make prepayments throughout the fiscal year if they so chose. taxes aren't so much of a shock.
