Board of Selectmen, Assessors & Overseers of the Poor

The Board of Selectmen are the elected municipal officers and are responsible for managing town affairs to the extent authorized by State Law and Town Meeting votes. This includes signing warrants to authorize expenditures appropriated by the voters.   

The Board is also elected to be in charge of Assessing and General Assistance. The current Board also serves collectively as Road Commissioner and issues Entrance Permits.

The Board has workshop meetings on 1st & 3rd Monday each month at 6 pm I if Monday is holiday meeting is Tuesday)

The Board meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm in the town office. The public is welcome to attend. Meeting agendas and minutes are posted as soon as available.
