At the SB Meeting on 11/25/25 it was discussed that the moratoriums on both the Powerline Ordinance and the Cannabis Ordinance expired early Nov. So a special town meeting is needed to vote to continue the moratoriums.
It sounds the Planning Board has the Powerline Ordinance just about ready for a town vote. I believe if I am repeating this correctly you may ask a question at the Special town meeting about the updated draft. I have not been privy to this information so I do not have it to share at this time. If you would like an update copy you can email Planning Board Chair gregfalzetta@gmail.com
